Hello! I am looking for two people to sublease my 2 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment for the 2021-22 school year.
-SEPTEMBER RENT AND UTILITIES HAVE ALREADY BEEN PAID!
-The apartment is newly renovated and comes with a balcony, entertainment area, a large kitchen, an in-unit washer & dryer, and spacious bedrooms. The apartment is a 30-second walk from a bus stop (Wright and Stoughton), and a 6-minute walk to Green Street.
-Rent and utilities were originally $731 a month/ per room, but the price is now $656 a month/ per room.
