Sublease Time Period: Spring 2022 / Summer 2022

Apartment is a two bedroom one bathroom. Right above Ko-Fusion with a view of Kannart from the window. The apartment is clean, no loud neighbors, and only a 5 minute walk to campus. Rent is approximately ~$670 per month including all utilities but I am willing to negotiate.
My roommate will be staying in the unit for the Spring 2022 term, but not this summer. Need one person to fill in my lease for either Spring and Summer 2022, or just Summer 2022. Will be available beginning of January.
