It is located at 700 S Gregory St in Urbana. It’s a 5 minute walk from the main quad! Amenities include: washer/dryer in unit, full kitchen, wifi included, parking garage, furnished, smart TV included in living room, luxury package room, secure entry with intercom, outdoor courtyard, JSM VIP Program Access, JSM Fitness Center Access, and JSM Student Center Access.
It’s a perfect apartment for one person, and it has the best location.
The sublease would start Mid May and go until August 1st.
