Hello, two of my friends and I are looking for 3 others to take over our lease for the 2023-2024 school year. The apartment is at 107 E. Chalmers. It is a 3 bed 1 bath unit with a dining table. Location is near the six pack and about 10 minutes walking distance from the quad. The location also has several bus stops that are easily accessible. The unit itself is very new as it was renovated 1-2 years ago. The monthly payment is $1815 spread out amongst the three which would be around $605 a month per person. Utilities would be around $50 which can also be split per person. We also currently have 2 leased parking spots right outside the location if that is something you are looking for. It is $70 a month per person for 12 months.
