Automatic Payments

JSM offers an automatic payment option for all our residents. With an ACH form on file we will automatically deduct your monthly rent on the first day of each month. Stop by our office at 505 S. Fifth St. to pick up a form. When returning the form, we will also need you to turn in a voided check to verify your bank account. Please be advised that ACH forms need to be turned in at least 2 weeks prior to the start of the month.
